Cooperation Programme between Croatia and North Macedonia
Education cooperation valid 29 September 2024–31 December 2028. North Macedonian citizens enrolling in a full degree in Croatia receive the same tuition-fee conditions as domestic students; this does not guarantee zero tuition. The programme also exchanges up to 24 advanced-study scholarships annually plus summer language-course scholarships. Awards, application dates and detailed scholarship eligibility are not stated. The North Macedonian nationality condition concerns the tuition measure, not every exchange award.
