Trust and contact
YouthOpp is an independent discovery index. Original publishers own their content and remain authoritative for deadlines, eligibility and applications.
Information you can trust
We link to and credit the source. We do not invent missing facts or copy full articles. Collection success means data was retrieved, not that applications are open. Failures and last successful collection times remain visible on source pages.
Privacy
Core browsing needs no account and collects no application details. Search runs in your browser using static indexes; query/filter state appears in the page URL. Applications happen on external sites under their own policies. Hosting providers process requests under their own terms.
Optional analytics is currently disabled. Before enabling it, maintainers must verify that automatic history, site-search and form measurement cannot transmit typed queries. If configured, Google tracking loads only after consent. The browser stores that choice under youthopp-analytics; clearing site storage resets it. Do not put personal information in searches or public issues.
Rights and design
Use openly licensed new fonts, themes and visuals, and retain required attribution. Installed system fonts are used without bundling font files. Public GitHub access does not itself grant a reuse licence.
The existing logo, icon and social artwork lack a checked-in licence/provenance record. Branding is retained; maintainers must establish those rights before claiming open reuse. This guide grants no licence.
Source removal
Publishers and affected people can request correction or removal of one link or a whole source. Send the title and affected URLs; a reason is optional. A maintainer reviews the request and coordinates the appropriate repository change. Submission does not automatically remove content. Current listings and historical Git copies are separate.
